摘要
采用浸渍热解法,以n-C_7H_(16)/CCl_4为热解质,讨论浸渍液体积比、热解温度等对粘胶基碳纤维(RCF)拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,经热处理后纤维线密度降低,表面缺陷减少,当n-C_7H_(16)/CCl_4为2:3(体积比),热解温度900~1100℃时,碳纤维拉伸强度可提高17%。用韦氏统计理论对强度分布进行分析.证实经热解处理后,RCF强度分布更集中,均匀性更好。
The Rayon-based carbon was treated with n-C7H16/CCl4 as a pyrolysis reagent by impregnating pyrolysis. The effects of pyrolysis conditions, such as impregnant volume ratio, pyrolysis temperature, on the tensile properties of Rayon-based carbon fiber were discussed. The results showed that the linear density and the surface flaw of the fibers were decreased after treatment. The tensile strength can be increased by 17% when the volume ratio of n -C7H16 and CC14 was 2 : 3 and the pyrolysis temperature was in the range of 900 - 1100℃. The strength distribution was analyzed by Weibull statistic theory, which was proved to be more concentrated and symmetrical after pyrolysis.
