从苦练内功,企业管理进一步加强;开拓创新,集团改革进一步深化;确保工程质量,重点项目建设进展顺利;兴起学习贯彻"三个代表"重要思想新高潮,党的建设进一步加强等方面,全面、实事求是地总结了2003年的工作。又从抓基础管理,切实提高企业管理和运作水平;抓工程管理,确保项目按期建成顺利投产;抓行业整合,确保三年改革责任目标的实现;抓科技进步,努力增强集团竞争能力和发展后劲等方面,提出了今后一段时期工作的总体要求和2004年的主要任务。

The achievement of YGP in 2003 are reviewed are summarized in following respects:to enhance self perfection and management of enterprise;deepening the reform in the group;ensuring engineering quality of key construction projects;to learn and implement the “important thoughts of three representations”to a higher level.The overall requirement and major tasks in 2004 are:further improving the management and operation of enterprises;improve construction management to ensure the capital construction projects built up and put into production on time;coordinate and integrate the metallurgical industry to realize the planned three-year responsibility targets;to do best for improve the competitive ability and development prospect;etc.
