摘要
针对云南锰矿资源特点,以建水锰矿粉为原料,对锰矿烧结工艺中,混合料水分、燃料量、抽风负压、料层厚度等参数对烧结指标的影响进行了试验研究,确定了建水锰矿烧结适宜的工艺操作参数及相应达到的技术质量指标。
Based on the characteristics of manganese resource in Yunnan,The sintering experiment has been carried out with ore powder of Jianshui Manganese Mine.In the experiment,the operating parameters including water content and fuel percentage in charge,negative pressure of suction,depth of bed etc.are investigated.The reasonable operating parameters and quality index has been determined.
