摘要
鼓泡的瞬态运动现象是流态化科学中的一个关键性的基础问题 ,由于流化床中鼓泡的瞬态运动一直未得到真正的解决 ,故自行设计并搭建了二维循环流化床 ,利用CCD的图像采集功能 ,对鼓泡瞬态运动进行可视化研究 ,应用小波分析方法对射流图像进行消噪和增强。处理后的图像效果较好 ,从而获得 3种表观气速下瞬态射流长度的实验数据。图像测定结果可信度较大 ,与Yang和Keairns(1 979)给出的经验公式计算的结果进行了比较 ,误差最大仅为 1 0 .5 %。
The phenomena of transient motion of bubbles have been on of the most fundamental key problems of fluidization science,which have not really been elucidated. Our bench system was briefly introduced. Using the CCD's function of fast image picking,transient motion of bubbles has been visually studied. Wavelet analysis was utilized to process jets' image and processed images were more clearer. The lengths of transient jets under three superficial gas velocities were measured from images,and they were dependable. The experimental results were compared with the calculated values by Yang and Keairns' empirical formula. It came to a conclusion that they were in a good agreement with maximal error of 10.5%.
