70例急性非淋巴细胞白血病IgH、TCRγ基因重排的结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)患者免疫球蛋白重链(IgH)和T细胞受体γ链(TCRγ)基因重排结果。方法:用聚合酶链反应方法检测70 例ANLL患者IgH及TCRγ基因重排。结果:有41例(58.6 %)发生IgH基因重排,7例(10 %)发生TCRγ基因重排。结论:ANLL中确实存在系列不保真现象,不仅具有较高IgH重排发生率,还具有TCRγ重排发生。 Objective: To analyze the result of the rearragement of immunoglobulin heavy chain and T cell receptor genes in paitients with acute nonlymphocytic leukemia. Methods: Polymerase chain reation(PCR) was uesed to detect IgH and TCRγ gene rearrangements in 70 acute nonlymphocytic leukemia patients. Results: IgH gene rearrangements were found in 41(58.6 %) patients, and TCRγ gene rearrangements in 7 (10 %)patients. Conclusion: The lineage infidelity does occur in acute nonlymphocytic leukemia. showing not only a high frequency of IgH gene rearrangement, but also of TCRγ gene rearrangement.
