摘要 研究了冷却速度对稀土中锰白口铸铁组织、机械性能和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,随着冷却速度增加,合金组织中的碳化物数量增加,尺寸减小,分布呈现出明显的方向性,铸件缩松减少,韧性略有降低,耐磨性提高了44.2%。 Abstract In this papar, the effect of crystal cooing velocity on the structure, mechanical properties and wear-resistance of medium-manganese white cast iron was investigated. The results obtained show that with increasing crystal cooling velocity the amount of carbide in alloy structure increased, its size decreased, being distributed with obvious directivity as a result defect of casting and toughnees lead to decrease, wear-resistance was increased about 44.2%.
