摘要
目的 了解北京地区泌尿生殖道感染患者解脲支原体 (Ureaplasmaurealyticum ,Uu)和人型支原体 (Mycoplasmahominis ,Mh)的感染及耐药情况。方法 采用法国生物梅里埃 (BioMerieux)公司生产的集培养鉴定、菌落计数和药敏实验为一体的MycoplasmaIST培养试剂盒 ,对性病门诊拟诊为非淋菌性尿道炎 (NGU)的患者进行Uu ,Mh检测及药敏分析。结果 12 0 0例患者中支原体感染者 3 96例 ,阳性率 3 3 .0 0 %;支原体对氧氟沙星耐药率最高 ,为 62 .88%。结论 ⑴北京地区Uu和Mh感染在NGU病人中占一定比例 ,值得重视 ,支原体尤其是Uu对氧氟沙星耐药率最高 ,其次为红霉素 ,这可能与本地区感染株及抗生素的使用有关 ;⑵MycoplasmaIST试剂盒操作简单、结果客观准确 ,敏感性和特异性好 。
Objective\ In order to know the infection and drug resistance of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) from patients with genito urinary tract infection in Beijing. Method\ Mycoplasma IST Cultural Kit with the function of incubation and identification, colonial counting and drug sensitive test, made by Bio Merieux Company of France, was used to detect Uu, Mh and analyze drug sensitivity from outpatients who were initially diagnosed as nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). Result\ Out of 1 200 patients, there were 396 cases with mycoplasma, the positive was 33.00%; the highest drug sensitive rate of mycoplasma to Ofloxacin (OFL) was 62.88%. Conclusion\ (1) There were certain proportion of Uu and Mh infection out of NGU. The highest drug sensitive rate of mycoplasma, espacially Uu, was to OFL, then to Erythrocin. It should be related to the infective strains and the use of antibiotic. (2) Mycoplasma IST Kit is suitable for outpatient detection because of its simple performance, objective and precise result and high sensitivity as well as specificity.
