摘要
目的 研究塔里木盆地子午沙鼠 (Merionesmeridianus)对从新疆和田喜马拉雅旱獭鼠疫疫源地分离的 470 0 4号鼠疫菌、乌恰县灰旱獭体分离的 2 110 6号菌株和内蒙古长爪沙鼠体分离的 980 0 5号鼠疫菌株感染子午沙鼠在病理改变、感受性、敏感性、二次感染后抗性等方面有无差异 ,仔鼠体内的母系抗体维持时间。方法 用分离自喜马拉雅旱獭体的鼠疫菌 470 0 4号 ,以 1× 10 1 ~ 1× 10 1 0 个菌皮下接种从塔里木盆地捕获的子午沙鼠。结果 本次试验株与 980 0 5株不同剂量感染后死亡情况大致相同 ,二者与 2 110 6株感染结果有较大差异。二次接种 1× 10 1 0 个鼠疫菌 ,存活鼠在饲养 5个月、10个月后产仔 ,从父本、母本、仔鼠体内均测出鼠疫F1抗体。结论 2 110 6株对子午沙鼠的LD50 与 980 0 5株和本次试验株LD50 有较大差异 ,前者毒力较强。再次证实子午沙鼠♀鼠抗体可通过胎盘传递 ,且仔鼠至少能维持抗体
Objective\ To study the susceptibility,sensitivity and antibody of Meriones meridianus in Tarim Basin to Yersinia pestis isolated from Marmota himalayana (strain No.21106), isolated from Marmota baibacina in Uqia, Xinjiang (strain No.98005), isolated from M.unguiculatus; To study the time of matrilineal antibody in newborn M.meridianus. Method\ Yersinia pestis (strain No.47004) isolated from Marmota himalayana were inoculated subcutaneously in the dose of 1×10 1~1×10 9 viable bacill into M.meridianus captured from Tarim Basin. Result\ It was found that they were roughly the same as results obtained from strain No.21106 and strain No.98005. M.meridianus receiving secondary inoculation with 1×10 10 plague bacilli gave offsprings in survivors after feeding for 5 months and 10 months, F1 antibody to plague bacillus was detected from male parent,female parent and offsprings. Conclusion\ This demonstrated that matrilineal antibody in M.meridianus could be transmitted through placenta again,and this antibody could be kept for two months at least.
