摘要 研究了热模法铸态离心球铁管。利用自制的离心铸造机,试验研究了型温、铁水化学成分特别是碳当量和锰量以及孕育方法,对铸态离心球铁管的铸态组织和力学性能的影响,并确定了相应的适宜参数。在本试验条件下,在实验室和工业生产规模中,均得到铸态组织和性能基本符合ISO2531标准要求的离心球铁管。 Abstract Using a centrifugal casting machine made by oneself centrifugal as-cast ductile iron pipe manufactured with hot mould process was studied. The influence of the mould temperature, chemical content of molten iron especially equivalent carbon and manganese content as well as inoculation process on the as-cast structure and mechanical properties of as-cast ductile iron pipe was tested and studied, and appropriate parameters concened were determined. Under the experimental condition and on the laboratory and industrial production scale the as-cast structure and properties obtained conform to the requirement of the standard ISO2531 for centrifugal ductile iron pipe.
