摘要 通过对底返式雨淋浇注系统充型过程的水利学模拟试验,测定了内浇口的流速、流量及压力等参数,对底注式浇注的流动特性和产生铸造缺陷的机理进行了探讨。在此基础上,建立了底返式雨淋浇注系统浇注过程的数学模型和底返式雨淋浇注系统计算机辅助设计程序。 Abstract In this paper, bottom pencil gating for heavy casting was studied. With the hydraulic simulation, the distribution behavior of pressure, velocity and flow through gates having the same cross-sectional equal intervals were measured, and flow pattern in every part of the gating was observed also. Based on the-data obtained,the flow behavior was analysed and the forming mechanism of some casting defects was approached. The results obtained are completely different from that of top gating. A software for bottom pencil gating and the CAD of the gating for heavy casting were set up.
