2,8-二氨基-10-甲氧基-5,10-二氢磷杂吖嗪-10-氧化物的合成、诱变性及应用性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 10 羟基 5 ,10 二氢磷杂吖嗪 10 氧化物 ( 1)经酰氯化、甲基化得到 10 甲氧基 5 ,10 二氢磷杂吖嗪 10 氧化物 ( 2 ) ,2经硝化得到 10 甲氧基 2 ,8 二硝基 5 ,10 二氢磷杂吖嗪 10 氧化物 ( 3 ,62 %) .3在Pd/C (w =0 .0 5 )存在下 ,用氢气还原为 2 ,8 二氨基 10 甲氧基 5 ,10 二氢磷杂吖嗪 10 氧化物 ( 4 ,71%) ,考察了Pd/C (w =0 0 5 )用量对氢化还原反应的影响 .经过Salmonella/mammalianmicrosomeassay测试 ,4表现为非诱变性 ,用 4与乙酰J 酸作用得到新型双偶氮酸性染料 ( 5 ) .5对羊毛和丝绸分别在 2 %与 3 %色度下浸染都得到黑色染样 ,考察了 5的上染曲线 ,并对染样进行了测色研究 ,发现该染料属于酸性蓝黑染料 ,其黑度优于目前市场上流行的酸性黑 10B . 10-Hydroxy-5,10-dihydrophenophosphazine 10-oxide (1) reacted with SOCl2, and then with MeONa in MeOH to give a methyl phosphinate (2) which can be converted to a dinitro compound 3 (62%) by nitration and the resulting dinitro compound 3 can further be converted to 2,8-diamino-10-methoxy-5, 10-dihydrophenophosphazine 10-oxide (4, 71%) by hydrogenation over Pd/C (w = 0.05). And the effect of amount of Pd/C ( w = 0.05) on the reduction was also studied. This nonmutagenic amino compound 4 (via the investigation into Salmonella/mammalian microsome assay) was also employed as diazo moiety coupling with acet-J-acid to form a diazo acid dye 5. The new dye 5 can color wool at 2% or silk at 3% o.w.f. into black one.. The investigation of the uptake of 5 and its color appearance showed that it-was assigned to an acid bluish black dye and its blackness was more excellent than that of Acid Black 10B.
