Design of the2nd Generation of Blast Moulds for PET Beverage Bottles

在分析旋转式全自动吹瓶机的传统饮料瓶模具的结构与制造工艺的基础上 ,应用UG软件对第二代PET饮料瓶模具的结构进行了全面设计 ,有效地提高了模具标准化程度 ,大大缩短了模具设计、制造周期。

On the basis of the analysis of the structure and manufacturing process of the traditional moulds for beverage bottles produced on automatic bottle-blasting machines,the second generation of moulds for PET beverage bottles have been wholly designed with UG software,which has effectively increased the standardization degree of the blast moulds for PET beverage bottles,and greatly shortened the manufacturing cycle of the moulds.
