摘要
分析了烧结机台车挡板的工况及失效的形式,阐述了铁素体球铁、铝硅球铁和非标准牌号的耐热疲劳铁素体球铁的实验室热疲劳试验,及挡板试件的装机使用试验结果。研究表明,所研制的耐热疲劳球铁挡板具有优良的热疲劳性能,用这种新材质的球铁挡板取代铁素体球铁挡板,可大大提高挡板的使用寿命。
Abstract
The operating condition and failure form of baffles for the sintering machine are analysed and the experimental results of thermal fatigue and service performance tests for QT420-10, Al-Si nodular iron and the thermal fatigue resisting ferritic nodular iron are described. The results of experiments showed that the new thermal fatigue resistant nodular iron has good thermal fatigue resistant which increases the service life of the baffles instead of QT 420-10 nodular iron.
