摘要
国务院2004年1月31日发表了《关于推进资本市场改革开放和稳定发展的若干意见》,提出建立有利于各类优质企业平等利用资本市场的机制,提高资源配置效率。我国资本市场进一步对外开放。
This article discussed the necessity and feasibility of structural adjustment as well as resource relocation for foreign investment enterprises through IPO in the capital market based on analyzing the companies' inner contradictions and limit of structure as well.
