摘要
以北京市和广东省为例阐述我国水资源状况及利用现状 ,说明废水利用的必要性和紧迫性 ,这在水资源短缺及水质性缺水日益突显的形势背景下 。
Taking Beijing and Guangdong Province as examples, the paper presents water resources and current status of water resources utilization in China. Thus the necessity and the urgen cy of waste water utilization are affirmed in the paper. Since water shortage, especially water quality-induced wa ter shortage becomes increasingly serious, waste water utilization is of great significance.
