摘要
采用自制的旋转喷头喷粉装置进行了喷粉净化铝液的模拟试验。指出,气固熔剂混合均匀,并以气粉射流形式喷入铝液中,才能获得较佳的气固熔剂联合净化铝液的效果。
Abstract
The simulation experiment of refining aluminum melt was carried out using the spinning-jetting device made by ourselves. It has been shown that, under the conditions of both good mixing of gas-solid flux and its jetting in efflux into the aluminum melt, the better refining efficiency can be obtained.
