改善钒钛铸铁性能的研究

Study on Improving the Properties of V-Ti Cast Iron

用河北地区产的钒钛生铁为基本原料,加入少量铬、钼等元素生产钒钛铸铁,利用正交试验方法,对设定的81种不同化学成分和不同热处理工艺进行了试验研究,从中找出了可以显著提高钒钛铸铁性能的最佳成分匹配和最优热处理工艺。

Abstract V-Ti cast irons containing trace elements of Cr, Mo and made by V-Ti pig iron of Hebei province were studied through varying chemical composition and heat treatment processes and using orthoganal experiment method. The optimum chemical composition and heat treatment have bean found out which can markedly improve the properties of V-Ti cast iron.
