铝在可锻铸铁石墨化中行为的研究

Research on the Effect of Aluminium for Graphitization of Malleable Cast Iron

在有关研究成果的基础上,进一步研究了铝在可锻铸铁孕育剂中的行为。试验结果表明,铝对铋、碲等反石墨化元素的白口能力具有增效作用,并定量研究了铝对铋、碲等元素白口能力的增效规律,同时对其机理进行了探讨。

Abstract The behaviour of aluminium in the inoculant of malleable cast it on has been studied on the basis of previous investigations. Aluminium was found to have strengthening effect on chilling acting for chill-inducing elements Bi or Te through a large number of experiment and then the strengthening efiect of aluminium was quantitatively evaluated. The mechanism for chil-linducing effect of Bi, Te elements and for strengthening effect of aluminium was also discussed in this paper.
