摘要
裂解炉(EN-BA-101)由Lummus SRT-Ⅲ型改造为KTI公司GK-6型后,生产能力提高,裂解石脑油时单程乙烯收率达到29.45％,单位乙烯生产耗用燃料量下降,副产超高压蒸汽直接并入系统,能耗下降,裂解炉运行周期达到48d。
After the cracking heater EN - BA - 101 was expanded from SRT-Ⅳ to GK - 6, the ethylene capacity was increased from 45 to 65 kt/a. When naphtha is used as feedstock, the ethylene yield is up to 29. 45 % . The quantity of fuel gas consumed by heater is lower than before, the run - length of heater is up to 50 days.
