摘要 针对320t混铁水车耳轴铸件热裂问题,应用热弹塑性蠕变方法进行了铸造热应力数值模拟,分析了缺陷的成因,并在此基础上进行了工艺改进与优化,解决了耳轴铸件裂纹问题。 Abstract To investigate the hot tears of castings of axles of 320t tripped ladle car, the thermal stress fields during casting solidification has been numerically simulated using the axisymmetric thermal-elastic-plastic-creep finite element method, the cause of casting defects was analysed. Finally, based on the results of numerical simulations and analysis, the casting technique of above metioned castings was improved and optimized.
