摘要
在二体冲蚀磨损试验机及三体腐蚀磨损试验机上,对24%Cr高铬铸铁腐蚀磨损特性进行了试验研究。着重研究了化学成分碳、铜及稀土元素;基体组织状态,淬火马氏体及铸态奥氏体;介质条件,pH值,酸根,酸根浓度,磨料硬度、粒度及介质浓度对24%Cr高铬铸铁腐蚀磨损特性的影响。
Abstract
The investigation on corrosion-abrasion characteristics of 24%Cr high-chromium cast iron was carried out using two-body and three-body corrosion-abrasion testers. The influence of chemical composition (C, Cu and RE), matrix structure (quench martensitic and as-cast austenitic), medium condition (pH, acid radical and its concentration), hardness and size of abrasives on the corrosion-abrasion characteristics of 24%Cr high-chromium cast iron were discussed.
