摘要
以吡啶、HCl和AlCl3为基本原料制得一种离子液体 ,研究了该离子液体对苯与丙烯烷基化反应的催化作用 ,考察了离子液体组成、苯与丙烯物质的量比等因素对烷基化反应的影响 .结果表明 :AlCl3摩尔分数为 0 .65~ 0 .70的离子液体是很好的烷基化催化剂 ,离子液体中AlCl3的含量过低 ,有利于烯烃聚合 ,过高则有利于深度烷基化反应 ;在反应温度为 2 5℃ ,苯、丙烯物质的量比为 14的条件下反应 ,可获得 10 0 %的丙烯转化率和
The ionic liquid was prepared from pyridine, hydrogen chloride and aluminium trichloride, and its catalytic property for alkylation of benzene with propylene to isopropyl benzene was investigated. The effects of catalyst composition, reaction variables such as reaction temperature and ratio of benzene to propylene on the products distribution and selectivity of isopropyl benzene were studied. The results showed that the ionic liquids with AlCl 3 molar fraction from 0.65 to 0.70 have perfect catalytic performance for the title reaction, the ionic liquid with less AlCl 3 is favorable for polymerization of propylene, and the ionic liquid with too much AlCl 3 is favorable for formation of multalkyl products, 100% propylene conversion and 87% selectivity of isopropyl benzene was obtained at the ratio of benzene to propylene in mole about 14, and reaction temperature 25 ℃.
