摘要
针对大庆油田油水井套管腐蚀渗漏逐年加剧的状况 ,调查研究了油水井套管腐蚀的原因与防护措施 .结果表明 ,土壤电阻率、溶解氧、CO2 、微生物等都是套管腐蚀的影响因素 .分析了国内外浅层套管腐蚀外漏防护措施 ,认为对于大庆油田浅表层套管腐蚀 ,适宜采用自生电流免维护防腐蚀工艺 .
In view of the fact that casing corrosion leakage gets more and more intense year by year in oil-water wells in Daqing oilfield, we investigate and study the corrosion and anticorrosion mechanism of casing in oil-water well, and discover that the resistivity, dissolved oxygen, carbon dioxide and microorganism in the soil all contribute to the casing corrosion. Through analysis of the causes of shallow layer casing corrosion leakage, we find a reliable useful economic anticorrosion methodology of self-generated electric current, which is more suitable to the conditions in China and proves effective in field application.
