摘要
研究了固—液两相流动和粒化剂对Al—Si—Fe三元合金中初生铁相的粒化作用。粗大针状铁相经过上述两者处理后,变成短棒状、近似颗粒状或完全颗粒状。粒状铁相的尺寸也可通过改变处理参数来减小。这种粒状组织,有利于改善合金的力学性能。
Abstract
The influence of solid-liquid twcphase flow and granulating agent on the granulation of nascent ferruginous phases is investigated. It was observed that the coarse needle-like nascent ferruginous phases were turned into these of short-rod, near-granular or granular form through above-mentioned techniques, their size can be decreased by changing treating parameters. The micro-structure is beneficial to improvement of mechanical property.
