摘要
论述了钢球精研板的性能、研磨机理、金相组织、化学成分及工艺要点等。特别指出,精研板首先应具有良好的上光性能,磨料可大量镶嵌在珠光体、铁素体和石墨内。
Abstract
In this paper, the performance requirement, lapping mechanism,microstm-cture, chemcal composition of finish lapping plates and their manufacture technology have been presented. It has been emphasized that the finish lapping plates must provid bearing ball at first with a good finish performance, a large quantity of abrasives can be embeded into the pearlite, ferrite and graphite, the coarse graphite flake and hard phase were found to have adverse inf'u-oncc on the quality of ball surface finish.
