改良电抽搐治疗对精神分裂症患者下丘脑激素(CRH和TRH)水平影响的临床对照分析

A clinical control study of the effect of modified-ECT on hypothalamic concentration of corticotropin and thyrotropin releasing hormones in patients with schizophrenia

目的 观察改良电抽搐治疗对精神分裂症患者下丘脑促肾上腺皮质释放激素 (CRH)和促甲状腺激素释放激素 (TRH)的影响。方法 将符合CCMD - 3精神分裂症诊断标准的精神分裂症患者 5 7例随机分为治疗组(30例 )与对照组 (2 7例 )进行观察。用放射免疫分析法分别对两组治疗前、后的CRH和TRH水平进行测定。结果 在治疗后TRH水平治疗组较对照组有明显的降低 ,而CRH在治疗前后变化不明显。结论 改良电抽搐治疗对TRH的影响大于CRH。

Objective To observe the effect of modified-ECT on hypothalamic contents of corticotropin and thyrotropin releasing hormones(corticotropin releasing hormones CRH,thyrotropin releasing hormones TRH) in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 57 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in treatment group and 27 cases in control group.The plasma levels of CRH and TRH pretreatment and posttreatment were measured with radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results Modern-ECT could obviously decrease plasma TRH concentration,and improve abnormal secretion of hypothalamus-pituitary-axis(HPA).But the results have no remarkable differences in the two groups for the concentration of CRH.Conclusions Modified-ECT can decrease the concentration of TRH,but cannot regulate the concentration of CRH.
