万拉法新与阿米替林治疗老年期抑郁症的疗效对比分析

A controlled study of venlafaxine and amitriptyline in treatment of aged depression

目的 比较万拉法新与阿米替林对老年期抑郁症的疗效和副反应。方法 将 6 9例符合CCMD - 2 -R诊断标准的老年期抑郁症患者随机分为两组 ,分别给予万拉法新与阿米替林治疗 6周 ,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、临床总体印象量表 (CGI)及不良反应症状量表 (TESS)评定疗效和副反应。结果 万拉法新疗效优于阿米替林 ,且起效快、副反应少而轻微。结论 万拉法新是值得推荐的治疗老年期抑郁症的一线药物。

Objective To compare the efficacy and side effects between venlafaxine and amitriptyline in the treatment of aged depression.Method 69 patients who met CCMD-2-R for aged depression were randomly assigned to two groups.One group was treated with venlafaxine and the other with amitriptyline for 6 weeks.The efficacy was assessed with Hamilton depressive scale(HAMD) and the clinical global impression scale(CGI),and the side effect was evaluated with treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS).Results The findings indicated that the efficacy of venlafaxine was better than that of amitriptyline,and venlafaxine took effect more quickly and its side effects were less and mild.Conclusion It suggests that venlafaxine might be recommended as one of first-line antidepressants in treatment of aged depression.
