摘要 目的 探讨转化生长因子α (TGF α)和Ki-67在脑膜瘤组织中的表达及其与肿瘤增殖潜力 ,良恶性及侵袭性的关系。方法 采用免疫组化二步法 ,检测TGF α、Ki-67在 5 7例脑膜瘤组织中的表达。结果 良性、非典型性、恶性脑膜瘤中TGF α分数分别为 2 0± 1 2 4、 2 8± 0 84、 3 85± 1 0 7。恶性脑膜瘤TGF -a分数显著高于良性脑膜瘤 (P <0 0 5 )。良性、非典型性、恶性脑膜瘤中MIB— 1L1(Ki -67)分别为 0 879±0 5 4、 3 84± 0 94、 7 85± 3 19。恶性脑膜瘤平均MIB— 1L1(Ki-67)明显高于非典型性 (P <0 0 5 )和良性脑膜瘤 (P <0 0 5 )。TGF α表达与Ki-67的表达呈正相关 (r=0 3 2 1)。结论 脑膜瘤TGF α ,Ki-67表达与其良恶性有关 ,检测脑膜瘤中TGF α 。 Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of TGF α and Ki 67 in meningiomas tissue and its proliferative potential, malignancy degree and invasiveness. Methods The expression of TGF αand Ki 57 were tested by two step immunohistochemistry method in 57 meningiomas tissue samples. Results The scores of TGF α in the benign tissue, atypical tissue and malignant tissue were 2 0±1 24, 2 8±0 84 and 3 85±1 07 respectively, which in the malignant tissue was significantly higher than that in the benign tissue (P<0 05). The scores of Ki 67 in the three types of tissue mentioned above were 0 879±0 54, 3 84±0 94 and 7 85±3 19 respectively, and the mean score of Ki 67 in the malignant tissue was evidently higher than that in the atypical (P<0 05) tissue or benign (P<0 05) tissue. The expression of TGF α was positively related with that of Ki 67(r=0 321). Conclusions The expression of TGF α and Ki 67 are associated with the malignancy degree and invasiveness of meningiomas, which can be judged from the expression levels of TGF α and Ki 67.
