The Concour Drawing Method in Numerical Simulation of Casting solidification

为了更直观地、准确地表示数值计算的结果,本文研究出铸件凝固温度场彩色等值线模拟法,解决了四边形单元与三角形单元间信息转换的问题,消除了原彩色图形显示法中区域间锯齿形边界的现象,既直观又准确地显示了凝固进程,为有关输出信息(如:凝固区域的宽度、面积、温度梯度等;缩孔和缩松区域的大小等)的定量化提供了更精确的依据。

The contour drawing method in numerical simulation of casting solidification were studied,The infornation exchange between triangle elements and rectangular ones has been solved,and at same time the problem of sawtooth shape boundary among different areas in the original method has also been removed, As a consequence,casting solidification processes areshown more objectively and accurately.
