摘要 本文介绍了作者在树脂砂韧度研究中所取得的成果。运用Instron仪和自制的高温性能试验仪对酚尿烷树脂自硬砂,酚醛树脂覆膜砂以及呋喃树脂自硬砂等的常温韧度,热态韧度(约200℃)和高温韧度(约1300℃)进行了测定。对粘结剂和催化剂(或固化剂)的种类、加入量、固化时间、固化温度等诸因素对树脂砂韧度的影响规律进行了探讨。 The present paper introduces the results of the investigation on the toughness of resin—bonded sands. Using the Instron instrument and the self—made testing equipment for measruing the resin properties at high temperature, the toughness of phenolic urethane nobake resin—bonded sand mixture, phenol—formaldehyde precoated sand mixture and furan nobake resin—bonded sand mixture at room temperature, at 200℃ and at high(about 1300℃) was measured; such as the types and adding quantity of binders and catalysts (or hardeners), setting time, setting temperature, etc. was studied. Toughness as a new criterion of fracture of resin—bonded sands and as a new one of the measuring standards was suggested.
