摘要
本文推荐采用缩管法设计铝铸件冒口,铸件质量可靠,补缩效率高。文中给出了设计方法、应用实例及冒口补缩效果判别方法。
In this paper. the shrinkage pipe method (SP method) has been recommended. which is used to take place of hot spots circle method and cooling modulus mothod. Riser designed by SP method makes not only dependabe quality control of castings but also improving of feeding efficiency
