我国零售企业边界拓展速度快,但业绩并没有同步增长,体现在零售企业整体盈利能力弱,并呈下降趋势,造成企业扩张能力较低;企业业绩与多元化经营相关度较高,这与国外零售巨头形成鲜明对比。究其原因,是我国零售业存在过度竞争的市场结构,零售企业没有有效利用筹集的资金发展核心业务和进行能力建设,缺乏完善的物流配送体系等。为此我国零售企业应基于核心能力确定企业边界,选择适当的拓展方式,强化供应链管理,方能增强企业规模实力和核心竞争力。

However, the achievement of retail enterprise cannot keep the same step with its business border, which expands in such a high speed. It embodies that the retail company has the weak ability in making profit and the trend of core competence to be worse, and causes the enterprise relatively lower to expand ability;Enterprise′s achievement has relatively high relevant degree with management in pluralism, which contrasts sharply with the retail giants in foreign countries. Trace it to its cause, it is mainly that the retail business of our country stores the market structure in excessive competition, has not utilized effectively the raised fund to develop key business and core competitiveness, and lacks the perfect material flow of provide and deliver system etc. For this reason, the retail enterprises of our country should confirm the enterprise border because of ability, choose the proper expanding way, and strengthen the management of logistics and supply chain, and then can enhance the strength of the enterprise scope competitive advantage and core competitiveness.
