本文从任务提出,方案确定,原理及结构分析、设计计算、实际效果等进行了论述。能够保证从水玻璃调整、涂料制备输送、撒砂等全部机械化自动化。同时改善了作业环境、降低劳动强度、提高铸件质量。有较大的经济效益。
In this paper. the design method has been discussed as regards the prograim planing and construre analysing and calculating as well as the production practicing. The mechanization and automation of this production line including sodium silicate adjusment. slurry preparation and collveyance. sand spillage can be ensured It is proved that the newly designed lost wax production line provided good working environment.lower labour intensity, high casting quality with remarkable economic benefit.
