商业信用是市场经济得以顺利发展的基础,而市场经济所独有的经济伦理对商业信用制度的构建有重大影响。经济伦理是商业信用的基础,商业信用是经济伦理的外在表现,法律是维护经济伦理和商业信用的制度保障。确立社会主义市场经济"共同富裕"、"利己的同时利他的双赢"及"秩序共同维护"的基本经济伦理思想,才能正确引导商业活动主体遵循市场经济规律和相应的法律制度,促进市场经济的发展。

Trade credit is the foundation of the successful development of market economy, and economic ethics, which is unique for market economy, plays an important rule in setting up the system of trade credit. Economic ethics is the foundation of trade credit, while trade credit displays economic ethics. Law is the systematic protection for defending economic ethics and trade credit. In order to correctly direct the subject of business activity to comply with the law of market economy and its law system and in order to promote the development of market economy, it should establish the basic economic ethics of common prosperity in socialist market economy, win-win situation of benefiting others at the same time of benefiting oneself, and defending the social credit order together.
