摘要 本文研究了复合材料活塞的挤压铸造工艺,分纤维预制块和复合工艺两部分。同时还说明了纤维预制块热温度及纤维体积率对性能的影响。也分析了纤维在活塞增强区中的分布。 In this paper. the squeeze casting of aluminum alloy piston reinforced by alumina shord fibres was studied. The technology includes two proceedures: the making of fibres preform and the composite technology. And the effects of the preheating tempereture of the fibres preform and fibre volume fraction on the preporties of the pisten and the distrbution of fibre in reinforced region were also studied.
