摘要
用 12个含有不同高分子量谷蛋白亚基 (HMW GS)的小麦品种 (或品系 )研究了小麦籽粒蛋白、蛋白组分的积累规律及谷蛋白大聚合体与总蛋白比率的动态变化。结果表明 :(1)幼粒中的清蛋白和球蛋白含量在灌浆初期快速积累 ,然后逐渐下降 ,成熟期又略有上升 ;不同HMW GS组合对其没有明显影响 ;(2 )醇溶蛋白在花后 16d左右大量积累 ,然后呈逐渐下降趋势 ;优质HMW GS组合醇溶蛋白积累较少 ;(3)HMW GS在花后 2 0~ 2 4d左右开始持续快速积累 ,与谷蛋白大聚合体 (GMP)含量的动态变化一致 ;优质HMW GS组合小麦籽粒的HMW GS积累较多 ;(4 )GMP积累量在成熟期达到高峰 ,其动态变化与其占籽粒蛋白比率的动态变化趋势一致 ,即GMP的绝对含量反映了它在籽粒蛋白中的分布 ;(5 )籽粒总蛋白的积累量在花后 15d左右出现一个低谷 ,前。
Twelve wheat cultivars with different HMW-GS were used to analyze dynamics of protein components and ratio of GMP to protein of wheat grain. The fast accumulation for albumin and globulin appeared in early stage of grain filling, then descended little by little, but slightly ascended at mature stage. A large accumulation for gliadin was as about 16 d after anthesis, then decreased. For HMW-GS, the continue fast accumulation existed during 20-24 d after anthesis, its trend was the same as GMP. GMP accumulation appeared a peak at mature, which was similar to the ratio of GMP/Pr. The accumulation of the protein of grain showed lowest at 15 d after anthesis and higher both before and after 15 d. Different HMW-GS composition has no obvious effects on the albumin and globulin, but obvious effects on HMW-GS and GMP.
