“能指”“所指”与“天地一指”——庄子与索绪尔语言学的相通之处

Comparison of Saussure’s “Significant and Signifié”with Zhuangzi’s “Everything Could be the Same Name”

庄子作为一位哲学家而非语言学家,同中国其他哲学家一样,论著中也涉及到有关语言学的相关问题。其中关于名实的探讨与瑞士语言学家索绪尔的“能指”、“所指”有一些相通之处,现就二者试加比较,分析我国古人的一些语言学观点。

As a philosopher instead of a philologist, like other Chinese philosophers, Zhuangzi has involved some topics about philology in his works. His viewpoints about the relation of name and fact could be similar to Saussure抯 significant and signifié. This article compares them and discusses some our ancient views about philology.
