Discussion on Setting the Target System and the Evaluation Criteria of New-Pattern Industrialization

建立新型工业化指标体系和评价标准,既要参考发达国家的通用标准,又要从我国的基本国情出发,真实地反映我国新型工业化的内涵与特征。本文结合国情市情,对我国和地区新型工业化进程的指标体系和评价标准进行了有益的探讨,并对重庆和三大经济区所处的工业化阶段进行了初步判断,供政府和有关方面决策参考。

The establishment of the target system and the evaluation criteria of new-pattern industrialization must be based on the current criteria in developed countries, and on the basic conditions of our country so as to truly reflect the contents and characteristics of our new-pattern industrialization. This paper, according to the actual conditions of Chongqing and the whole country, discusses such systems of targets and of evaluation, and make a primary judgment on the phases of industrialization in Chongqing and the three economic regions, as reference for the governments and relevant sections to make decisions.
