摘要
绩效考评作为现代管理的有效工具,是组织对员工进行任用、加薪、培训和职业发展的重要依据。科学的绩效考评体系对于组织建立有效的激励机制,保证员工的行为,支撑组织目标的实现具有重要意义。本文就绩效考评的科学认识,建立科学绩效考评体系的原则与措施进行了论述与探讨。
Performance appraisement, as an effective implement of modern management, is an important standard to decide employment, promotion, training and professional development. Scientific appraisal system has an important significance for employers to establish an available excitation mechanism, and assure the performance of the employees for attaining the team goals. This essay elaborates on the scientific view toward performance appraisement and the principles and methods to establish a scientific performance appraisement system.
