摘要
内部劳动力市场是二战后形成的一种雇用制度,在发达的市场经济国家具有一定的普遍性。内部劳动力市场的雇用关系具有长期性和隐性合约的性质,并实行有效的内部激励机制。内部劳动力市场的特点,使其在节约准固定成本、监督成本和提高企业效率等方面具有优势。但内部劳动力市场的建立和实施,需要具备制度性等条件。
The internal labor market was a kind of employment system formed afterWWII, which is of certain popularity in the developed countries with market economy. The employment relationship of the internal labor market is of the protracted nature and that of the recessive contract. Its effective internal motivation system and characteristics of internal labor market grant it advantages in the saving of quasi fixed cost, the supervision of cost and the improvement of business efficiency. Nevertheless, the establishment and enforcement of the internal labor market require such conditions as a regular system, etc.
