We should interpret the phenomenon of soft budget bondage under the assumption of 'rational man'. Among them, D-M mode is the most widely accepted one. Based on the summary of the logic structure of the soft budget bondage, this article introduces D-M mode and the research orientation of the soft bound theory based on this mode.
