混砂机电机电能变化与型砂性能关系的试验研究

Research on the Relation between Variation of Sandmuller's Motor-power and Properties of Moulding Sand

本文论述了型砂紧实率与水分之间的定量关系,介绍了混砂机电能变化量与型砂紧实率之间关系的研究和结论。认为可采用混砂机电机的功率变化来控制型砂紧实率,从而达到控制型砂质量的目的,同时还对采用混砂机电能变化来控制紧实率的控制系统进行了简单的讨论。

The paper has described the quantitative relation between the compactibility and the moisture of moulding sand. It introduces the research methods on the relation between the variation of sand muller's motor-power and the compactibility of moulding sand. It gives a conclusion that the motor-power's variations can be taken as a parameter for the sand compactibility control, and as a result it increases the moulding sand's quality. In addition, a brief discussion on the application of this control system was given.
