论诊所式法律教育的融合性特征

On the Compatible Feature of the Clinic-style Law Education

诊所式法律教育是当今世界法学教育的一种趋势。虽然传统的法学教育模式与诊所式法律教育在师生关系、法学核心职业技能及法律职业伦理的培养等方面存在差异,但诊所式法律教育不能完全取代传统法学教育模式,而是应将二者有机结合起来,共同形成我国法学院职业教育模式。

The clinic-style law education is a trend for the present law education in the world. Though the traditional mode of law education is different from the clinic-style law education in the relationship between teachers and students, the training of professional skills and ethics, the clinic-style law education can not completely replace the traditional mode of law education. The two modes should be combined coordinately so as to form a rational mode of professional education in colleges of laws in our country.
