摘要
本文结合《微机铁水成分热分析仪》的研制,运用误差理论和系统论的思想,总结出提高仪器测试准确度的有效方法。由于《热分析仪》测试过程的复杂性,欲保证其测试准确度,难度较大。采用本文所阐述的对测试系统误差进行综合分析、估算、处理的方法,将可获得理想结果。
This paper has been summed up effective method for increasing the instrument's accuracy of measurement using the idea of error and system theroy in the development of micro-computer molten iron thermal analysis instrument. Due to the complicated measurement process of thermal analysis instrument, it is more difficult to ensure the accuracy of mesurement. Using the method related in this paper, desirable results can be obtained by making comprehensive analysis estimation disposal for system error of measurement.
