摘要
采用了变蛋经硝酸 -高氯酸消化样品、盐酸溶解后在酒石酸—碘化钾—抗坏血酸体系中测定铅 (Ⅱ ) ,于 - 0 .5 4V得到一个非常灵敏的吸附催化波。铅在 0 .0 2 5 μg/ml~ 3μg/ml范围内 ,峰高与铅 (Ⅱ )浓度之间呈良好的线性关系 ,加入标准平均回收率为 90~ 10 5 .6 %。此方法具有灵敏、准确、快速等特点 ,适用于食品中微量铅的测定。
This paper concludes that lead(Ⅱ) gains a sensitive absorption catalytic wave of at -0.54 volt in the system of tartaric acid-potassium iodate-ascorbic acid after specimen is nitrated by mixed liquid of nitric acid and perchloric acid and dissolved via byarochloric acid.In the range of 0.025μg/ml and 3μg/ml, the relation of the peak value and lead(Ⅱ) concentration appears well linear dependence . With the use of acceding standard method, the average recovery attains 90% to 105.6%. This method has distinguishing feature of sensitivity, accuracy, quickness and so on. It can be applied to determine the scanty lead in foods.
