摘要
本文研究了用铈组混合稀土金属和1#稀土硅铁合金作为蠕化剂时的稀土残留量上限REmax,下限REmin、残留量范围△RE。得出用混合稀土金属处理蠕铁时REmax=0.11%,REmin=0.038%,△RE=0.072%。而用1#稀土硅铁合金处理时,REmax=0.091%,REmin=0.037%,△RE=0.054%。并在此范围内两者的蠕化率都与稀土残留量有线性关系。本文同时还研究了硫对蠕铁中稀土残留量范围的影响。
Synopsis: The Paper investigates the upper limit REmax. iower limit REmin, and the rangs of residual Rare Earth △RE in vermicular graphite cast iron treated with Mischmetai and R24 RE—ferrosilicon alloy. It is concluded that REmax=0. 11%, REmin~0.038%. △RE=0.072% when treated with Mischmetal and REmax=0.091%. REmin=0.031%. △RE=0.054% When treated with R24 alloy. And within these ranges the fraction of virmicular graphite has linear relation with th residual RE. The paper also in vestigates the effect of S on of the range of residual RE invermicular iron.
