摘要
本文着重介绍用Sic作为铸型材料代替金属型浇注铸钢等高熔点金属铸件的试验过程。结果表明:sic铸型制作方便、工艺简单、耐火度高、导热性好,所获铸件组织致密、性能良好、且制作成本低廉,是一种较为理想的制作永久型的铸型材料。
Synopsis: This article introduces the experiment of casting tigh melting point metals, such as casting steel etc by SiC mould instead of metal mould. The results show that the advantages of using SiC mould are convenient for producing, high refractoriness. good heat condutivity. lower cost. fine structure and good properties of castings. So that the SiC is a kind of ideal mould of long service life.
