The host nation's location advantage is necessary for multinational companies to invest in host countries. The paper analyzes how infrastructure influences foreign businessmen to invest in China. Regression model is made. With the help of SPSS software, it concludes that railroad, road transport and water transport significantly affect foreign businessman's investment, while the total amount of postal and communication and the amount of telephone insignificantly affect it.
