我厂生产各种球铁弯管的经验是严格控制铁水的化学成分,要求铁水中S≤0.065％、P≤0.07％、Mn≤0.4％,浇注温度高于1340℃,浇注速度快而平稳,采用特殊芯骨固定芯子,以解决漂芯问题。

Synopsis: The experience of producing various ductile iron angled pipe in our factory is to control chemical composition of molten iron. It is improtant that the content in molten iron should be controled within S≤0. 065%.P≤0.07% and Mn ≤0.4%, and Pouring temperature have to be over 1340℃. but pouring rate have to be quick and stable. The core is fixed with special designed core rod for the soilution to the qustion of core floation.
