摘要
采用微波加热法测定粮食中的水分 ,测定条件是 :微波功率 70 0W、加热时间 8min。测定结果的标准偏差为 0 .0 2 3%~ 0 .0 4 7% (n =5 )。该方法操作简便 ,分析时间短 ,分析结果准确、可靠。
The moisture content in cereal was determined by microwave heating method. The conditions of the test were given: the microwave power was 700 W and the heating time was 8 min. The standard deviation of the results were in the range of 0.023% ~0.047%. The method is easy to operate with the accurate results.
